1 General Terms

77jap (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 77jap, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming products.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and 77jap. 77jap reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

77jap's services are not available to anyone whose local laws prohibit online gaming or betting. It is the member's own responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their country of residence.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on 77jap, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• One Person , One Account: Each person may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification: 77jap may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
• Password Security: It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You are liable for any activity carried out on your account by others.
• Information updates: Any changes to contact details or payment methods must be updated in your account immediately.
• Account transfers are prohibited: Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old to participate on 77jap. 77jap may request a government-issued ID to verify age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter. If an underage user is found to have opened an account, the account will be terminated and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

77jap uses various verification methods to detect underage memberships. If an adult member grants a minor access to their account, that adult member will be held responsible.

4 Deposits & Payments

77jap supports multiple payment methods for Bangladeshi users, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).

• Payment from your own account: Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only.
• Deposit verification: Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process. Mobile banking payments are generally processed instantly.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For crypto payments, the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction applies.
• Deposit limits: The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account type. VIP members enjoy higher limits.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Depositing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited. Such transactions will be flagged as suspicious and may result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount from 77jap is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though verification requirements may cause delays in some cases.

• Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for your deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method may be declined.
• Verification Required: Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal Cancellation: You may cancel a withdrawal request before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: The maximum daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳50,000. VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

77jap regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly outlined on the offer page.

• Welcome bonus: New members can receive a bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 15 times.
• Reload Bonus: The weekly reload bonus is applied to deposits of a specified amount on designated days.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is provided on net losses in selected games.
• Bonus expiry: If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after a bonus is issued, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: If any attempt to exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
• Promotion changes: 77jap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting rules

There are a few general rules to follow when betting at 77jap. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — so make sure you're certain before placing it.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the game and event.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting may change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 77jap's own rules.
• Technical issues: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77jap reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are typically settled within 30 minutes to 24 hours after the match ends.

8 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77jap. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting the bonus system unfairly (Bonus Abuse)
• Making transactions using another person's payment method
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Collusion or coordinated cheating with other members
• Submitting fake ID or fraudulent documents
• Allowing minors to use your account

9 Data & Privacy

77jap treats the security of your personal data as a top priority. We use SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technologies to keep your information protected.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

11 Account Closure

77jap reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• If underage use is confirmed
• As required by a legal or regulatory authority

Members may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@77jap.bet. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, though bonus balances will be forfeited.

12 Changes to terms

77jap may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
